Summary of events
The Waking Titan website console had changed for the STATUS command. The result changed over time to reveal a telephone number and a clue.
STATUS command updates over time
When calling 1-800-413-0110 the following could be heard (mind the volume/ears):
Audio Recording
The audio turned out to be Slow Scan TeleVision (SSTV) and could be turned into images with the correct software:

The last letter of each site, added together, spell out:

When using the PRECIP value as a letter count for each SITE, it spells out the the solution:
CAFE BENE NINETEEN SAT?
This rings a bell to those who have been participating since the early phases. There had been a live drop before in New York City at âCaffe Beneâ during phase 1. However, this coffee house no longer exists at that location and now is a cafe called Outro instead.
This explained the clue given on the Waking Titan website with the console command STATUS:
XXXXX XXX = OUTRO NYC
So another live drop was about to happen at 19:00 (ET/local), at the OUTRO NYC, considering today was a SATurday.
Agent Chris went on his way, but sadly enough got involved in a traffic accident. Besides the car being damaged (rear), nobody was hurt. This did however result in no agent being able to make it in time, resulting in the following updates for the STATUS command on the Waking Titan website:
Other agents were sent out to the live drop location. Agent Courage was the first to arrive and streamed the event on Twitch (Courage99). Two more agents, Alex (Bic?) and Sebatio arrived shortly after. The live drop had been recorded and uploaded to YouTube:
