Atlas Rises, could this be a galactic threat to all traveller kind???
Could the portals lead us to the origin of the simulation we are current in? Introducing us to the fourth race??? Aaaarggg so many questions to be answered.
This may be reaching, but that center character concept has a head shaped a bit like an A. What if that is the humanoid form Atlas assumes and the other two characters are Atlasā buddies?

Hey itās your opinion to not find pink fearfull haha. For me, I fear to have a pink ship 
For me Iām more use to the Alt button as in Arma, but yeah, should not be that hard to add as it work with a controller.
Is there an inofficial date for the update yet?
I guess it will be released on Friday or the Weekendā¦
Last updates came on a Sunday, but they also got dropped the day right after the announcementā¦ The latter has gone by, so through experience, Sunday is the safest bet. The fact, though, is not stopping me to check every hour or so is something movedā¦

I wonder if rather than actual models of the fourth race or example of character model customization (letās face it, the 3 different heads seem reaaaaally out of place) that picture is a hint at a proper faction system, and those three models are meant to represent the VyāKeen, Gex and Korvax.
I honestly think that if Portals work as we think they do, they must be activated first I would guess.
Probably with an Atlas Stone, wich are pretty rare.
Also that would mean that you can only travel to an activated portal since Both Sides would need Atlas Stones to work.
But good thing we have ETARC now.

It would make no sense at all needing both sides activated to travelā¦ It would render portals less useful even than a Terminus! You might need to do so, to travel back through the destination one, but it might as well remain active o get back to the same destination you came from.
i think when they become active the 4th race will be guarding them

The image of the 4th race is totally off. If you look at the one in the middle, his left forearm isnāt connected to his body. It looks to me like the center image is the outer skin, and is supposed to fit OVER the other two. That being said, I assumed all 3 would be overlapped into one image.

I always thought it would be cool if they allowed Pirate attacks on your freighter. So you might be in your freighter when alarms bells starts ringing, and you hear explosions outside as they attack.
Jump in your fighter and take them out before your freighter loses too much cargo!
Or better yet, you can send out your extra ships (if you have any) from your hangar bay to help you fight! To make this more of an achievement you could have to pay or earn pilots for those additional ships through your adventures/travels. And perhaps you can hire them to fly your additional ships as your wingmen for any outing (not just pirate attacks).

I still have my 10 atlas stones, jumped through a black hole before handing them in and now itās to far away. But if they are use for activating portals, then jeej!
Unless you need someone to activate the portal on the other end, would prob be too tricky tho, assuming the exit destination is unknown
