Because they cannot control the content of the Dropbox string (it’s just random letters and numbers), I think it unlikely that they could find a Dropbox video that somehow has all of the numbers and letters so that we could make a string out of them. I really think the string exists in whole somewhere, either in a physical location or hidden in a website or image.

I’m going to side with solarparty on this one, I don’t think there is anything special in the video. The string we need is just too random for it to have been possibly found IN a video about Dropbox.

Yea i agree on that aswell to be honest, i tried checking if the hash in the code of the page changed per page but it does not. it looked promising since it is: f9e31 and comes to look something you would see in a drobox string

Must be a purpose of a hidden video, why then hide it if it is no use?
That is also something i agree on to be fair, we are assuming we are looking for a dropbox string but what if the clue of the video is different… ah this is so time consuming

OK so this may be a complete wild goose chase.
I I was just looking at the Echo website and noticed that the software used Markov Chains.
There’s also the reference to Hamlet.
So I figured lets try combining them and performed a google search…

Seems unrelated to Waking Titan. Keep in mind that Markov chains are widely used to create Twitter bots, so they are fairly well-known within the tech community.
Though it is interesting to think that the Markov chain Twitter bots which are trained to talk like other people are basically “echoes” of the original people.

Finally made an account to post this, but we may have a connection between the PDF Youtube links and Hello Games.
Emily brought up that there may be some connection with Mercury Records, so I checked the periodic table for Mercury. It has an abbreviation of Hg.
HG is a common abbreviation for Hello Games.
Supporting evidence is the link placement on the PDFs. They’re consistent with common company letterhead, as if to read “TOP SECRET, Hello Games, 2017”.
