I really liked how the series started, but ultimately thought the main Fett story never came together as well as it should have. Some cool moments though. However, BoBF Episodes 5 & 6 were two of the best Mandalorian episodes ever!

Yeah very interesting, and some tie in with Rebels animated series eg inquisitors (will ezra make a come back…)
Hoping this will happen but Disney+ announced to launch here in South Africa mid year june/july.
Looking forward to binging all the new series in full 1080, instead of the compressed versions d/l so far

Chronologically this series is set 8 years after Revenge of the Sith, so before Rebels. Definitely strong tie-ins with it though - the Grand Inquisitor is shown the trailer, and I’m guessing several of the others are also meant to be the same ones from Rebels.
Thrawn is reportedly going to be the main villain in the Ahsoka series, so best bet is we’ll get Ezra’s big return there.

Yeah good point, forgot about ahsoka series and thrawn and that the main inquisitor got deaded in rebels…ie to make way for thrawn as main villian

Hehe, yeah admittedly they do look “off” to me. I think some others were done much better like Ahsoka & Bane - though they certainly weren’t immune to criticism either.

No no no…lol. The cut scenes from them and the John Williams musical score are used to lay a background to the new series. The way they used the cut scenes make the prequels look like they were really good.
Actually, the cut scenes really capture the heart of what the prequels were about.
And I give a huge round of applause to John Williams for the Obi-Wan music. It is spot on!
