Just taking a quick look at the two numbers on superlumina-6c,

And then the title of the page,

There are three out of place numbers in the title and three out of place letters in the numbers. Just something I noticed.
And normally, it says “You’re Not Ready For This Yet.” Could the word order be a clue as well?
When you add the numbers of each triple given as “Dataset Assembly Option”, choice A would be the only one that doesn’t exceed 256.
Not sure if it could be that easy.

From Turings wikipedia page, Royal society is mentioned:

Lets keep in mind, there is no reason to believe there was a correct answer to the first round. We simply had influence over an out come. That means that these answers may not be tied to some hidden code but an outcome as well…

O T and Y (the letters that the numbers replace) are the same distance apart in the alphabet (4 letters)
On the color code path, 4 of the 5 colors in the color codes match the star colors in game?

Finally got my email! It’s the j one. The delivery time is 10:16am CST.
I would like to ask people to not vote until we know what we are actually voting on 
That makes it far easier to swing the votes once we have solved this puzzle.
That being said, I still have no clue what the names we got from the mail mean.
Turing always makes me think of the Enigma Machine, and while the 1/4/3 from the superlumina site are valid rotor settings, the enigma machine does not handle numbers, so none of the voting options would really work. Also, we’d be missing encrypted text and initial settings, so for now Enigma doesn’t seem to be the answer either.

Is recording the votes now. I’m starting to get worried. What if we don’t get it right and that means the website will never fix itself and come online?
Then we just have to wait for 2018 when time catches up with itself and we get a glimpse of the reality Atlas has in store for us.
