No, it’s just that your browser still cashes the site. Press ctrl-F5 to flush it and reload the page.

THis page is quite something different to before, though. I’m not holding out much hope that we’re going to play Xenonauts on it, but there might be some mild strategising involved.

I’ve noticed in south america some names pop up on two things that arent island so… Maybe its not islands?

You da tru hero

Are you sure not islands? Look carefully… for example on the southern tip, there seems to be a tiny bit of water going all the way round… or did you find some other location on a land mass?

Ran the thing through Gimp, text is definitely too blured to make anything out.

I don’t see any non-island things in South America. Where are you looking? That southwest area in Chile has a lot of islands just barely separated from the mainland.

If looking on google maps, you see that they are (rather large) islands

Yea we need local geo knowledge and compare with google maps for example… not many know Gotland (a Swedish island), but I’m Swedish so I can tell instantly that those blurred out letters stand for the name of the island… 99.9% sure vamos

Something to do with the word “islands” maybe?

And out in the middle of Brazil there is Ilha Do Bananal which is a large river island.

Ilha Do Bananal is on the map and its smack in the middle of brazil

South america, north eastern part of it, but below the kinda island thats squared off from the main land, it says Rio De Something.

If you zoom in on your browser and THEN zoom in with websites map, you can kinda make out the words a lot better

Ilha de Marajó and Ilha do Bananal
Ilha = Island

South america seems to be (From North to south)
Isla Grande de Chiloe
Isla Hanover
Isla Dawson
Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego
Falkland Islands (Islas Malvinas)

Manitoulin Island in great lakes region of USA

Took some looks around and compared to it to maps, and I’d say that is a very solid theory. So… Why blur out island names we can just go look up on any map?

fair enough

Looking at the ones in Canada… definitely just islands named.

Manitoulin Island is actually in Canada
