They were sent out to people not too long ago. You had to complete this survey during or after the ARG. If you already did complete the survey, and you’re asking about why you haven’t received it yet, we’re not too sure how they’re picking people.

Well I had heard about the Waking titan ARG when I looked up when 1.4 was dropping, as usual I got little to no information. Then I heard about Waking Titan and about these level 4 atlas passes and people were obtaining them. I thought this was just in game but I saw unboxing videos and thought it was really cool if I got my hands on one of them being that I am a huge No Mans Sky fan. I’ve made it to the center and I’ve done pretty much everything I could do from pre ordering it until now. Is there any way you can give me a link or point me in the direction of this survey you do to get one?

If you wanted to be eligible for an Atlas pass, you had to sign up to CSD back in 2017, before 1.3 was released.
The offer is no longer open. The survey finished a long time ago. Sorry.

The survey was some months back via an in-ARG survey email. I believe the survey closed quite a while ago.

Agreed. Since not all have been sent out to our understanding, there is a chance that some of us are yet to receive a V4 pass. (obvious wishful thinking.)

I don’t think I am at this point, my area has had them come and go and I wasn’t singled out for one like Cobra. I’ll buy one if I have to but I don’t like the idea of supporting the scalpers -.-
