Solution
A new hint was posted in a security log:
The login was now found to be EMILY by @YourBasicMaths after finding ‘EMILZ’ by shifting the binary block 1 bit position to the right, and guessing it to be ‘EMILY’:
Y’all, the password is EMILY.
The anomalous grid resulting in QSRSV was intended to mark a new offset of +1 to the right. This results in:
[Layer-1]
01000101 01001101 01001001 01001100 01011010
or, EMILZ. Looked suspiciously close to EMILY, so I gave that a shot. Turns out, that’s the password.
The actual solve of EMILY with a shift of 2 bits, was eventually verified and confirmed:
So it turns out the solution was shifted, as @YourBasicMaths came to conclude too. However, instead of a shift of one square (1 bit) that lead to EMILZ and a password guess, it turns out @vector_cmdr found this to be a 2 square shift (2 bits) to the right, to actually get to EMILY.
See a copy of response from @vector_cmdr in NMS Discord below:

@pr1sm Has also been able to confirm this last night.
Here is a visual representation I made to show this shift:

Entering the password EMILY provided access to a form; 'Request Memory Timestamp`, for which the topic can be found below:
Turns out there may have been another hint to the password that was missed?
A curious thing happened yesterday and I did not realize it. The architect liked one of my posts. It is a post just before the one by @Polyphemus which was also liked by the architect. That like was one of the things that caused us to believe this ARG was real.
@Vau1t pointed it out in discord. Perhaps this was the clue to the password.

This block of the background that repeats spells ERROR in binary

01010010
01001111

01000101

ERROR
This pattern seems to repeat the entire image.

Can’t see where that’s linked from?
Do any other pages have anything like this?

Operator Level is now MB-A according to bluesky post. If that is a hint.
I am now trying quotes from the clip as the password attempt

There is actually one break in this pattern (in the top right), where instead of ERROR, it says QSRSV
