Now that we’re in March with no ARG activity for quite a while, maybe 319 refers to March 19. That could be the day things start moving again…even though that day is a Monday.

One significance of March 19 is that it is the start of GDC 2018. Innes is speaking at the conference again this year. Maybe there will be leftovers? By the way, last year 1.2 (Pathfinder) was announced the week after the conference was over.
