Stuff to take with you.
I was lucky, since I knew what it was gonna be I stocked up prior to it starting. These missions kinda annoy me, so I rush. Knowledge stone collecting is a chore, and once you get to planet your bombed with comm stations and everyone trying to build.
nah, just the story ramping up and expressing fear for the travelers because of what is happening with the other members (npcs) at Nexus.
What does have me curious is how Quiet Sean has been lately, and the lack of updates. We have been in experimental a while now, and it feels odd a public update hasn’t come, unless they are preparing even more bug fixes . Maybe the work they are doing for whatever is next (abandon stations??? or whatever is causing some hold up)
You can always gather knowledge stones on a different planet. Find and mark one that has many. And remember you can disable MP if the comm situation is too much. It does not stop the comms but it does stop others players and can decrease lag tremendously
Except that it does fit well with something Polo said back before the Nexus appearance. He mentioned the Anomaly shielded them but they were in constant danger of being discovered. There has always been the possibility of being found…never quite understood where the danger came from. Perhaps this Abyss was it all along.
for sure, it’s not some much lag as just annoyance. knowledge stones are easy to find, it’s just a chore since its dull, and same messages over and over. Frankly I wish they added some more variety to the missions. if it wasn’t for lore I wouldn’t bother, even though I know the lore, I still feel it’s appropriate to take part in it.
for sure. Clearly something will come out of all this. I just don’t think the Anomaly will ever be gotten rid of, if anything more rooms will open, more shops.
Yes. I did not mean the Anomaly would leave but would be changed.
A frozen dance in space.
The voices theme is popping up more lately. Last weeks mission, and this one. And earlier this week on one of the derelict freighters the captain’s log recited the account of a voice that convinced them to throw the mechanical priest out the airlock. And how it improved everyone’s mood.
Then, a month later, the voice returned and everyone enjoyed the song of the airlock, opening and closing, opening and closing, … Now 28 crew members have joined the frozen dance and it is finally time that the captain, being the last, can join them.
Be careful about helping out strange voices that slither down your spine.
If you are in the same system for each weekend event, it is worth searching for the monoliths and marking them with a save beacon. Knowledge Stones will continue to be reusable for a time. Then they stop working. So marking several Monoliths will help in future missions, though I do not know how many more missions are to come. Once the stones stop working, remove the beacon.
Hesperus has returned!
I would assume from this reaction that he was afraid he would suffer the same fate as Artemis…
His eyes are now red?
