To-Do List (Updated 6/12)

I wasn’t here for the first two glyphs. Did something happen to unlock them? Seems strange that we have 15 to complete, but only two unlocked.

@reddevilzim13 See my Thoughts and Theories thread “Gauging the size of this mystery” In it I outline the possibility that the game could continue after the sigils (triangles) on the hexagon are all solved, because there are more glyphs.

And wait some more… Or not!

I just hope all this wait isn’t for another 5 min puzzle then wait another week.

I’m a little disappointed with the flow so far. My hope is that things are about to speed up.

this is terrible

We should referrer to this as an ARIG: Alternate Reality Idle Game.

Agreed on that one

I’ve noticed it glitches out on me when I use Chrome, but it’s pretty stable on Firefox. Try a different browser!

I’ve also noticed that on my first wrong try it shows the granted signs. However it does work correctly after that (firefox)

The passwords for the hex are:

16

Prism

Scales

and the glyphs at the bottom:

Orion

Spectral

Thanks! It works again. Cleared out Firefox profile folder (actually deleted the folder containing the cache and other misc. folders). Using the Firefox “Clear Now” tool (Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content > Clear Now) didn’t seem to clear out the flags for the site.

FYI: I deleted the folder found in C:\Users(my username)\AppData\local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles(profile name). The folders in this (profile name) folder are: Cache, cache2, jumpListCache, OfflineCache, Safebrowsing, startupCache, thumbnails

There is a secondary Firefox profile folder elsewhere on the computer…Never Delete That One…as it contains your Mail and Bookmarks files! -)

Thanks for the help…all caught back up! -)

I wonder if the scratches on the “directional puzzle” image mean anything? Or are they just red herrings?

I’ve been playing back the videos and have noticed the “shadow face” is saying something other than what we hear in the audio.

We first have to have someone with a way to reverse-colorize the video so the shadow shows up as a positive colored image. Then have someone read the lips of the now colored image. There is a lot more than just what we can hear.

This is interesting. Even still right now.

When checking the Javascript in the source, you will see that it more or less randomly draws the image at an interval of 100ms. What you see changing every 100ms is a couple of colorStops, see:

Because there is randomness at a set interval, there is no meaning to it, no binary message.
Here is a fiddle, feel free to mess with it. Try for example the setInterval value and change it from 100 to 1000 (ms) = 1s:
