If you play as a korvac or a traveler with a non organic head, why do you need oxygen?

While in principle I agree that racial properties would be nice they’d have to be restricted if they were that powerful…because then people could just freely swap characters for each environment…that would eliminate the need for breathing mask technology.

this is why I think it’s silly that they introduced Oxygen. Before it made sense because it was just keeping you alive no matter what you were.

Who said that the oxygen you’re putting in your life support is used for breathing? It could be used as a power source as well.

I mean yeah at this point I kind of figured that and it’s used to powered whatever keeps you alive.

What @Ospredox said actually makes scientific sense as well. Fuel cells combine hydrogen and oxygen to create energy and water.
