Synthesis Update Suit Upgrade Bug

This is in the Synthesis update.
Went to visit the suit upgrade vendor. When I spoke to him, I was trapped in a perpetual conversation that I could not interrupt.

Had to restart.

This happened to me last night but with the weapons upgrade dude. I avoid it by letting the game finish the initial message without hitting the skip button.
