Iām guessing there is a hidden message in there, but I donāt know what audio tools Iād need to figure it out

Not Morse code. Possibly SSTV-Slow Scan TeleVision, which will produce an image, or the mode which shows where another ARO is located. Iām a General Class, but no equipment currently.
