Oh wow, what is happening with certification on Sony’s end I wonder?
Not sure if my echo collective is bugged out because I got it last night before the patch, but it’s gone up to 1% from 0 on the item description, which is also what the ignition log entry is telling me, but the actual community log tab is showing 9%, just in case anyone thinks we’ve been on 1% for hours now. Things are moving, something will happen at 20%, which could be tomorrow at current rate.
Edit: nevermind. Tier 1 is at 9% of ITS total, meaning that 1% reading is completely accurate XD I thought tier 1 would be counted as 0-20% of the whole, not 100% of a fifth.
Extra edit to confirm its happening in real time, I only just tabbed back in to the game from my browser 2 seconds ago (been afk from game since the last edit) and the tier progress had moved to 10% and echo collection was reporting 2% completeion <3

For any who can’t stand the heat of battle, I completed the mission to destroy sentinels while standing inside a drop pod. The only one who could hurt me was spider mother so I let rip with the parlyzer and fired her up.
I would assume so. Maybe it is better for PC and Mac to bug report and get fixed. Then XBox would be next because of its Microsoft link? I am just guessing…an explanation would be nice
Freighters being attacked and I just happened to warp into the system.
1st time: They are faster and unrelenting. Couldn’t do much damage and just made it to the Space Station.
2nd time: Called in the Anomaly and avoided the scuffle.
3rd time: Decided to try for a free freighter. They were much slower and only came two at a time. Took out the first two and felt pretty good. Started on the next two and
4th time: Tried again. Took out the first two and one from the next set. HG felt sorry for me and stepped in to take out the remaining one. I would have been happy with any freighter but got
Just an extra note, when I looked that page this morning it was only PC and Mac. On Twitter Sean retweeted a link to his blog article in PlaystationUK which introduced the expedition on the PS. I’m guessing that was to let the PS players know that their versions were delayed but still expected. I wondered why he didn’t retweet the XBox (or Switch) article, but then the green badges showed up.
An observation/speculation. This expedition is 2 of 4 and going to run 5 weeks. If 3 of 4 also runs 5 weeks, and starts immediately after this one, that places 4 of 4 on August 17. Close enough to be an interesting date.
Ok. Someone on twitter read that there is a 5 day delay in this expedition coming to all consoles for the purpose of debugging. Makes sense. Don’t know who or where the info came from.
Just a personal observation, the waypoints were full of comms but not derped or buried in rock or anything annoying. The PC/mac players were kind and considerate. This expedition has played out in a kinder environment. Not saying all bad actors are on console but,…
I’ve been seeing a lot of the “Russia will crush all before it” kind of stuff - which might be worrying, but then I think it’s probably coming from a spotty teenager in Milwaukee.
Oh well. I’m sure they know what they are doing. Time to just chill out & just enjoy it when it appears. No bugs is fine with me; I’d much prefer a clean run without problems.
Hey I am a console player too but I saw far fewer Russians than normal. Not saying all bad actors are Russian either, but you see where this is trending…will test the hypothesis once all consoles are up and running. XBox is up so we will see what the day brings.

I am in a sentinel ship - I swapped my original, then scrapped it.
I had flown to a frozen, non-dissonant planet. I was sitting in my ship, parked on the ground. In real life, I went to make a coffee.
While I was away, my parked ship was attacked by pirates. Eventually they gave up, but their attack destroyed the ship’s shields.
Without the shields, the ship can’t fly. I need to repair them.
It’s a sentinel ship - the shield repair requires an inverted mirror, and I don’t have one.
The planet I’m on is not dissonant. There are no inverted mirrors here.
So to get an inverted mirror, I need to fly the ship. But I can’t fly the ship until I get an inverted mirror.
I was thinking the Interceptor ships might open up these sorts of possibilities. I’ve made sure mine is full to the brim off dissonant stuff just in case. Hope the towing company don’t charge too much
