Log Entry 2703
Once again our timing was off, as if the universe knew naught of subtlety. Every step on this mission, the die have rolled against us. We were always in the wrong place embarrassingly too early or tragically much too late.As we came out of warp we were confronted with a planet mid-catastrophic event. The survivors were already fleeing aboard colony ships, behemoths fitted with a purpose more optimistic than evacuation but fit its new mission quite aptly. We had no choice but to evacuate immediately or suffer the fate of those already succumbed to this tragedy.
We learned afterwards from survivors they were trying to harness worm hole technology, an accident led to a breach and the resulting chaos of a tiny black hole, slowly feeding on a planet from the inside with the curiosity of any new born, until it devoured all.

And I am left wondering about what I saw behind the second door in the Anomaly…it was just a little gruesome…

You know… those body parts remind me of my first exosuit design…
I think I know what happened that time I fell off of a frigate and died…
Nada and Polo must have found the body and just had it lying around the anomaly. 
Nah, Polo just didn’t tidy up the spare parts after putting the robot together.
Or he left it there as a warning. “I made you, and I can break you, don’t step outta line, bub.” 
The Gek may have been changed to love money instead of bloodlust but they’re still a sadistic bunch haha
Polo, the guy who charges you 200000 units for surprise bag tech, not to mention the “experimental” C class 4 slot multi-tool that he displays in a fancy case he tries to pawn off on every abnormality that walks in the door.
Just saying don’t trust the guy. I think his curiosity out weights his morality, from time to time. Lures, all sorts on iterations in with the promise of quicksilver, bam, doors locks behind them… Vivisection begins. 
Unfortunately, my save glitched (or something) and reverted back from the amazing black and red freighter I got. So I searched all over again and found one! But definitely isn’t as ‘badass’. Gray and Blue is OK I guess. lol.

Triple bounty? Wow, I’ve only ever got two max, quite often but never three. If anyone can find the mythical four leafed snappy it’s you and your luck 
“You light up my life”, said the Bulb to the Shard. “No, it is you that lights up mine”, replied the Shard.
They went back and forth like this for an eternity, until the sun got fed up with the whole scene and went supernova.
In the distance, before the heat of a thousand stars engulfed the system, someone made a joke about who’s lighting up who’s life now, but was turned to dust before the punchline and inaugural high five could be delivered.
I don’t know where to put these pics. I’m exhausted and have been up 23 hours since I got up for work yesterday morning. Then when I got home I went on a search in Eissentam for something that tugged at me. I didn’t know what it was, but OMG when I saw it, I freaked out.
I picked a red star, and found myself a macabe dark place to call my own. ( I have two other systems that are on the light lush side for the feels that are beautiful)
But this completely knocked my socks off. It’s a planet called a blood planet.
Never have since playing the game seen a blood planet. It rains “scarlet rain.” It has critters on it and the flora is amazing, and gigantic! I set a little round base down for size comparison to these trees. They are the biggest trees I’ve seen in the game so far. My main base I will start on it.
I named the system Night’s Dark Dream (night is my nickname for years), and named this planet Bloody Beautiful. Even though I have named the system, and planets, it still says uncharted and gives no stats, which is weird. Even after I uploaded it all.
Enjoy, I need to crash. The water on the edges is florescent, and it is so perfectly Alien <3

@Nightazure: I have moved your screenshots and the replies that followed to this topic. The ‘Creative Mode’ sub-category has nothing specifically to do with the ‘game-mode’. It is more about being creative in general, which includes wonderful screenshots like you find in this topic.
The planet you found sure looks awesome in a unique way. They certainly intrigue me and inspire me to get creative. Some lovely shots!

I completely understand what you mean by creative. The talent, and creativity you all have here, is the best I’ve seen from everything I’ve looked at on the web for this beautiful game.
