UPDATE…
This missing tech finally showed up at a Manufacturing Facility. No more making warp fuel from scratch. 
Just thought I’d mention it so others concerned about not finding stuff/tech can feel a little spark of hope.

ooh! So suspension fluid is now a reward from artemis quest? I found very strange not being able to find it because I keep on buying them at 26k a piece…

What I’ve always been missing is the elusive Atlas Pass Level 3, loads of great tips/advice here over time having been given on obtaining it in various threads and I try everything accordingly, but still Polo only ever offers me my already obtained Warp Reactor Theta whenever we meet again…and all other ways suggested also the same, have not materialised but I persevere…just LOVE the lore of this game and so I long for this possible expansion of! Ever-trying…

What about those Atlas seeds? As far as I know the only way to obtain those is thru the Atlas quest line

You are correct they are just from the Atlas quest line. I am unlucky to have missed one somehow and cannot make Dark matter, I am convinced that there is no way to get the recipe now.

You’re right, of course. I was thinking of “tech” as blueprints you can make generally useful stuff with. The Atlas seeds may be very specialised, but they’re also tech.

Something that some or all may or may not know or consider as possible reasoning pertaining to the acquisition of higher tier tech blueprints… In other words, ‘my theory’ is this… (lol)
Where you have the ‘Journey’ tab for Gek/Vykeen’/Korvax standing/missions/systems-visited etc, I have noticed in particular for every 10-systems visited, a new tech blueprint seems to become available… Not saying this is a way to get ‘all’ of them as some are simply not in the game. I would suggest if anyone is struggling to find the last blueprints (after exhausting OCs and MFs), keep trying to complete all race milestones/missions until you get all gold… i’m nearly there so will confirm my theory when done
