Patient Intervention Thread - Phillip

Phillip Facts:

Phil Moretti. Born and raised in New York City. Never left.
Anxious in some settings.
Comfortable in front of people.
Worries about ‘Spectators’ being real.
Informed that ‘spectators’ are only virtual there to stimulate his mind.
When prompted, heard shouting and a child crying in the satellite simulation.
Some spectators found a way to speak together. Not phillip.
Works as a mechanic at the family garage, but is not how he envisioned his life.
Made some bad decisions in life.
Has a lot on his shoulders.

Has two young boys. And a beautiful wife. I knew her since high school. She’s the one that asked me out!
She must be raising hell to get me out of here right now.
Which is why he loved her.
Obviously, I miss them terribly.
Scared he might never see them again for which he would never forgive himself.

My father owned a business, my grandfather before that. All self-made man.
It was a garage. I’m not remotely good with my hands, I found it boring as hell. I wanted to do my own thing.
It’s totally reasonable for people to want to pursue their dreams.
For as long as I remember, I dreamed of opening a restaurant.
Knew it was risky. Knew the workload would be terrible.
His wife trusted him at that point. Had a fine thing going together.
She told him she trusted him.
Martha wanted the best for their kids.
I put all he had in to it.
But Lost it all.
Business went bankrupt.
Owed a lot of money to a lot of people.
Martha stayed by his side the entire time.
Believes he jeopardized his family’s well being for the risk.

Wife called Martha.
Didn’t ever want to disappoint her again, so was ready to do whatever it took.
They needed the money.
She was the one that persuaded him to register as a goddamn guinea pig and got him stuck in this sh***ole.
