I had a fun few days in summer of 23 using this to make a vy’keen amphitheatre and a Gek Korvax Conversion Centre on PC, with cross save I might just have to do something fun for my console :slight_smile:

Some sort of monument to the Void in celebration. Gonna re-read some lore and try spark some inspo :muscle:

This release should produce MXML files almost the same as the game. There are a few cases it doesn’t handle yet (you’ll notice that the mission table _id’s are missing.
These issues will be addressed in the next version (still working on extracting the data and need to do a bit more digging into the exe to see how it works!)

New mod to shift over all trade interactions to the new barter system! Makes for some interesting transaction gameplay, gives players with too many units and nanites on hand a new challenge, and makes for some surprisingly satisfying moments if you can haggle down a lucrative price!

Thanks to Worlds Part II’s modding changes, all changes are easily accessible as simple .EXML files. Please feel free to tweak any weighting options to your liking, and if possible let me know since I haven’t had too much time to fine tune a lot of the variables :sweat_smile:

This mod is a beta test version 0.2.1

If anyone would like to try out my moving planets mod I have just made an update
Install instructions are in the readme, lmk if anything is unclear (monkeyman192 on NMS Modding Discord).
Please back up your save or use a save you don’t care about just in case there are issues

This should now work on any modern python version, and it also can now be controlled by the in-game terminal.

Nice to see the planet orbit speed is easily adjustable from a debug console (and also in-game chat) and toggleable from a space station, those are some nice touches to have. This is going to make for some crazy No Man Sky timelapse videos :slight_smile:

This mod doesn’t implement saving yet, so for now, always ensure that you start and end your session in your space ship or inside a spacce station otherwise you may get softlocked potentially (don’t blame me if you mess up a save!)

This mod also does not handle moving POI’s, or bases, or anything else really other than the planets.
