NMS Expeditions

Hopefully! HG has been really secretive this time, I dont think the text for the use button is properly implemented (or atleast on the save edited beacons.)
I dont think any of the encrypted milestones have been datamined either?

I think the regular QS mission completions work the same to help drive completion. I have been considering the theory that quicksilver in general advances the shop percentage as well., but I have no way to test it definitively.

But if does work that way, we could also farm the space anomalies that give QS using the anomaly detectors.

I was able to complete the first 4 phases in 4 hours…then you need to visit 3 monilith/plaques or ancient ruin sites(not the one you dig at) for step 2 Phase 5. Not sure how long the other steps will take

EDIT: Never mind, sheralmysts screenshot pretty much confirms this is the right interpretation. I’ll just leave the rest of the original post for posterity:

Note that this is not necessarily right. The only letters we have confirmed are those contained in the word “Beachhead”, which is only 6 distinct letters. The rest here is interpolation and trying to come up with something that has a meaning while being consistent to those 6 letters and within itself.

Especially the trigger word, “weapon”, is somewhat conjectural. Any other word that replaces the W and the P with a letter not otherwise contained in the sentence and still makes sense is a possible solution.

And there might be many other solutions for the sentence as a whole. As said, only the 6 letters in beachhead are actually set. If you look at it, that means that of the two key words “Look” and “Monolith”, only the final H is actually certain, and the O in monolith serves as a key for most of the rest of the meaning.

Soooo… There you go citizen scientists. Many of you wanted new puzzles to crack, get on it and see if you can make something else out of these symbols.

It’s exciting, though. Yeah. Bring it!

I love cryptograms! T must be correct because the only other word that would fit would be ‘she’ which makes no sense. And the double letter in the first word could be ‘e’ but can’t be because that would make the second word ‘te’ which makes no sense…yeah, I think this is correct…and exciting! People have been asking for a villain…looks like one is on it’s way.

Keep in mind that the decal for the Pioneers mission also adds some letters to help solve this and maybe future puzzles. Took me a while to figure out that the symbols for the Pioneers mission spells out “Pioneering”.

When I extrapolate the daytime anomalous research rate (1% per hour) and the nighttime rate(0.5% per hour), I get 5:00 PM CDT on Friday as the approximate end time for the Myth Beacon stage.
