Notes:

  • For all buildables Color and Material can be chosen, with the exception of:
    [1] No material
    [2] No Color, No Material
  • A normal ‘limit’ has priority over a ‘region limit’, while a ‘planet limit’ or ‘global limit’ has absolute priority.
    For example: You can build 5 Beacons within the base area, making it impossible to build them on the planet outside the base region. You can also build 3 Beacons within the base area and can have 1 additional Beacon just outside the same base area, with the next/last Beacon only being placeable in another region, to total 5 for the planet.
  • I Have added the ‘BASE_ROOT’ and ‘FREIGHTER_CORE’ although the former appears to not count towards Base Complexity. I have yet to test the latter.
  • A triple question mark ‘???’ means I have not been able to find the name.

Edit:

  • BASE_ROOT (20 points) appears to not count towards Base Complexity.
  • It appears the limit is reached at exactly 2000, which means you actually have only 1999 points to spend by default.

First let me say thank you for developing this list! :grinning:

I noticed that Storage Container - CONTAINER4 has a cost of 1, yet the rest of the Storage Container’s have a cost of 5. Is this just a typo?

This is actually not a typo and was found before by someone who did research on this prior to Atlas Rising (1.3). I created my updated (1.34) list/table directly from the source files and I can confirm that Storage Container 4, indeed only counts as 1. I guess it is a typo in a way, or let’s just assume the devs made it a feature :wink:

I’d been putting off building a new base in 1.3, though I did just restart a survival mode save and I think this list is perfectly ideal for a survival traveller building their home on a budget :slight_smile: Thanks as always for all the hard work Devilin!

I updated the version from 1.34 to 1.38. There have been no changes after comparing the source files.
