If you go to bit.ly/2tYoTzG (provided in the PDF) you get the picture as a standalone-file.
If you open it in a text editor, you see that there are some Adobe Photoshop-specific information included.
I am not good at phote-editing, can someone check if there is some useful information?
Interesting… the text changes when I copy it into the forum.
Picture looks kind of like a portal but then again, looks like one of those single fin ships you can get in NMS.
Post it as an image? Screen shot kind of thing?
I am getting the same XMP Metadata with StegSolve, but I am not getting the numbers you see.

Nothing unusual for an image.
On a side note: The text may be changing due to copying strange characters perhaps?
I don’t think this will lead anywhere. I started piecing together the image, but I feel like there is a second piece. Perhaps in the other client’s password protected page?
I have also been playing with a few basic photoforensic techniques to see if there is something that we could not see inside the image. Here are the results!

yeah, the website probably doesn’t allow some types of markup or something.
One thing…the time stamp is the same for creation, modified, and metadata date.

I think the metadata is from when it was created on my PC… I will remove my posts to prevent any potential confusion.
I’m pretty sure that image is a building they are planning to add into No Man’s Sky because it resembles this concept art by one of Hello Games’ artists Beau Lamb:

Somehow I feel like the image is rotated 90° ccw. The bottom part with the dark green pixels has the left side fit to the right side.
