I have gotten this many times in the past few months. Mission starts, I’m about to board my ship and “Scrambled, Aborting.” I’ve had it happen on all types of missions, not just encrypted ones. I’ve gotten it when starting a mission alone and have also gotten it when starting a mission with a group. I had to leave the Nexus, warp to another system, re-summon & enter again to be able to do a mission (alone or multiplayer). I haven’t done many missions the past week or so, just the weekend one, alone, and it worked OK.
