I don’t very often check the stats on my modules, but I think its been a couple of weeks or longer now that the numbers are no longer showing up.
Any suggestions?

what does the damage say on the weapon? unlimited?

I’m playing on PC, Normal. Don’t have the Scatter Blaster but don’t have that issue with what I do have.
Also have stats for the tech in the exosuit, spaceship and freighter (haven’t resurrected my vehicles yet).

Sorry. To clarify, this is not just happening on weapons, but on all modules --ships, exosuit, freighter, ground vehicles, multitool.
There is no way to see what the effects of enhancements are.
