Bottom right looks like the ancient bones we dig up for the Nexus.
Just above that on the right is an alien frying pan with three fried eggs in it, medium soft.

I interpret it as “Wait a day for the next egg and it will be bigger”, but that doesn’t mean anything really.

The way I see it there are three schools of thought with this;
- One, the focus is the “wait 1 day” in the most literal sense, either waiting one more day, or since it’s said three times, wait 3 days.
-Two, “This is so important right now” plus the “wait 1 day” could be him once again reminding us to calm down and wait, not a set amount of time, but just keep waiting.
-Three, he’s havin’ a go and just wants to see us lose our minds over eggs

The bottom right looks like an alien space ship, its likely not, but it looks like something that would be in an alien comic book or novel.
As for SM’s tweets, this update seems to be dropping soon. Of course, its just speculation and a shot in the dark, “but the the wait one day” could mean tomorrow. Or perhaps, wait one day, followed by another day and another day would be… Thursday morning in UK, Wednesday midnight in USA?

Just my personal observation…we were sent to a ‘water’ planet for this mission. The hand drawings, especially the bottom middle image, make me think aquatic mammal. The message is look for us among the stars and we keep getting ringed planet images…it would seem to indicate space whales or a race familiar with them. I mean, people have been asking for that for ages.

@MacForADay Your video triggered a thought for me… What if the phrases in the initial message are actually representative of three different locations? I.e.:
Find us on the lonely orb of water - South Pole Underwater Base
Find us where the North reaches its peak - North Pole Abandoned Base
Find us where the eggs grow unloved - ____________________

Why are people so hyped by space whales by the way ? i mean they’re cool, but i feel like they’d just be freighters with organic reskin, it would be fun and fresh for 10 minutes and that’s it…
I mean, it would be cool to have them, but if the “egg” part is just whales floating in space after all that teasing, i’d be disapointed

During a pre-launch interview, Sean said that someone on the team kept adding “Space Whales” as a “to do” action as a joke. At the time, he said, “Who knows? Somebody may take it as a real task and work on that. (LOL).” (paraphrased from memory).
Also remember that Sean said that the team now tends to work on what brings them joy. So maybe space Whales really are coming. Whales are water creatures, but among the stars, they’d be Space Whales. Space Whales might be able to travel alongside a starship.
I personally don’t “need” space Whales, but I’m OK with them.
I personally hope that future updates enhance the exploration pillar and further enhance photography tools.
I think the idea of a large space-dwelling creature intrigues many players

Isn’t it interesting how eggs look like Saturn-Type planets? The yolk being the planet and the albumem as the ring… The third image is also an image that he retweeted.
