The answer you’re probably looking towards is “Mars” the planet itself where Hellas and Tharsis are located.

So this is all making me think that the planet behind the Atlas in our new NMS image is not a gas giant but more like Mars. Hellas Basin contains the second largest impact crater in the solar system and now we are talking about planet rovers…
