Wow… Talk about a botched launch! So we got some dump.logs from V/ARE users… Three failed to run and one got trapped in the simulation… The tale reads to me like the abandoned building lore, ingame. In all its lovecraftian glory.
Just to tie-in with my own Legion pet peeve, our dear Roko’s basilisk; Emily could be our Shadow King.
Then we got the customer service transcripts… They are treated with deference, and they are at the same time clients and employees… Friggin weird.
Also, as smooth as they talk, some users/clients/employees, tried to rip off their units… The program was allowed to continue with this kind of things being known.

@kyle-culver I’m not underestimating your job!! Making these videos is hard work and very time-consuming sometimes! Writing the script, editing videos to match, no small feat! Heck, I spent days making the CSD teaser trailer, and that was only 4 minutes!

They don’t know that we know that they are evil, and sending the dev kits is part of their plan; so there is no reason to believe they WON’T still send them.

But you’re totally right. I have been working on the script alone for several days. And sometimes the script changes while I’m editing the video because, well… more details present themselves. Or I find a better way to show the information. The editing is where I thrive. Writing the scripts is actually the part I don’t like the most. It requires so much research, and then figuring out a way to place that info in an order that makes sense. After all is said and done I have to check that everything rendered correctly and that it all flows together making the most sense. If I get lost while watching my own video, odds are others will too, so I have to go back and figure it out. Thankfully that scenario doesn’t happen often. The only issues post-side that I worry about are the technical: The video rendering weird transitions for example.
And then citing all the sources! MY LAWRD! lol That alone can be insane… Usually grabbing those while I write the scripts, but it is still a lot of work. Thank god for the ability to look back on conversations via discord or threads on here. Or else I’d be a hot mess. The wiki is great, but even they leave out some details here and there that I feel are nice little tidbits. One of the editors admittedly looks forward to my recaps to see what they missed. haha.
I’ve dug myself too deep to give up! I’ll be real honest, I was going to give it up when Season One was concluding, because it was so much information and I just avoided it (that research part I absolutely hate. lol), but then I kept getting messages asking about the recaps (more recently) and that was enough to keep me going. 
I certainly don’t intend on any of the recaps to go up in a “timely” manner as I really do prefer Quality over Quantity. I keep telling people I’m not the one to go to for to-the-minute information. lol! Plenty other people to go to for that. I’m merely here to catalog the ARG through videos. I still try to get them up as soon as I can though! Posting sooner is still important for relevance, even though the purpose of the project is long-term.
I’m glad people are excited about them and are anticipating them! Certainly pushes me to do more!
