Yes all the Rewards tab shows completed (Rewards collected) and then the main Phase Reward also completed. The final tab shows all phases 5/5 completed. The Terminus still shows the expedition not complete as it usually does.
Looks like need to raise another ticket with zen desk. It must be part of the mission to challenge us even further!

If Iām understanding correctly you claimed the rewards but did not receive them?
And you canāt leave the expedition when accessing the terminal?
Iām not sure if this will work but worth a shotā¦ If it does, the least you will lose is the end of expedition units/nanites/quicksilver payout and item transfer.
When loaded into the expedition, go to options and in the save menu section you will have an option to return to your main save.
If you check the Quick Silver Synthesis companion then are they still greyed out or are you able to claim the rewards from your main save state?
Itās the only workaround solution I can think to try. If it still shows greyed out it might be an unusual side effect from how they fixed your save, so worst case scenario itās a little waiting game again.

Yes I received all the rewards
I can leave the expedition to go to main save, but not to ācompeteā the expedition - the bit where you can then transfer all the bits and bobs over in the slots. The Expedition Terminus in the blob thingy (Nexus, Space Anomaly?) does not move on to recognise Iāve completed. No sign of the ship either. Yet in the Expedition tab it shows all phases 5/5 completed. I shot the big boss, and all the badges flashed up. So then when I flew up to space and called the blob thingy went in to the Expedition Terminus - nothing.
Iāve been back and forth to the main save vs expedition about 3 times.
Quicksilver guys either side all greyed out - and cannot put stuff in the slots. No sign of the new ship either. Joy!!! lol
I am wondering what happens if you finish after the expedition has ended? Or at the moment it ends?

Says the expedition has 20 hrs remaining. Must be something to do with my save issues.
I would contact HG. Normally, you canāt start an Expedition if there isnāt enough time to finish it. But it seems like it timed out on you? Maybe it is the stuck timer many are seeingā¦

Was a stressful expedition ā¦ given the late start, missing save, general crashes and race to completion! Let alone the expedition itself. Thank you @sheralmyst and @toddumptious for all your help.
