All of those numbers correspond to one of the ROOT PRIMEs from project skyscraper - the original 137 participants who signed up for a prime, and who (generally) stuck around and contributed to its core. Its an homage to the players, rather than a puzzle.
The PMs have confirmed that Project Skyscraper has ended, with the website continuing to stay in its “Guestbook” mode for another year. If we get any updates, it’ll likely be beyond the site.
