Logic Circuits Failing

I have noticed how logic has failed in all of the bases I visited to check for this. It seems like there is something different or not quite right with the way Auto Switches and Inverters are functioning, especially the way they are supposed to propagate a signal, or lack thereof. I have created various simple setups from a logic site I have recommended for years, and most of those logic circuit recreations now straight up fail or have a different or odd outcome.

I noticed that the inverter is not working. At least not the same as before since all of my doors close as I approach. I planned to test things tonight to see if it was broken, or if the connections were just changed. Initial tests look like it is broken but my wires are embedded in the walls and the tests might have been flawed. Especially since the green state of a connection (on the PS5) floats a fair distance from the actual connection point.

Same here. One door pops slightly open as I approach then remains closed while an adjacent door CLOSES on my approach but then after waiting a few seconds it changes its mind & opens… only to then stay jammed open. Really odd.

It looks like the inverter is broken. The output follows the input instead of inverting it. One strange behavior that I noticed is that while editing the wiring, it works as expected. Disconnecting and reconnecting the input will adjust the output correctly. It will stay correct until the input is cycled in run mode.

If that’s it, at least that sounds like good information for HG to investigate and be able to fix. I have no active circuits in any base, so don’t have any test subjects handy.

Logic appears to have been fixed with the Steam Experimental update that was just released. See: 3xperimental (Steam) - #3 by DevilinPixy
