Frigate stuck on expedition, fails to debrief

I got a call from my fleet to guide them on one of the new mission events.

Upon returning from their mission, when I go to debrief them, the same mission event choice dialogue comes up.

The entry is about stalking a pirate across the system in stealth, but low on food. Choice is to have continue pursuit or call them back.

The dialogue prompts on every debrief attempt regardless of choice, tried a restart too.

They also keep calling my ship about it too ’ ^ _ ^

I had a feeling something odd was up as I was certain that expedition had seven hours left on it but kept asking for debrief (and calling me with the same problem).

I stopped paying attention to it and after a few jumps they stopped calling. Then I noticed my fleet command console was correctly displaying them as being on mission with a few hours left.

I wasn’t sure if it was daylight savings time switchover messing with my game, or the fact I installed a bunch of fleet s class modules for speed and fuel into the freighter while they were on mission (console save had yet to get the snazzy fleet upgrade module treatment).

Long story short, it sorted itself out eventually.

Also had a frigate I teleported to that was still reporting damaged modules after fixing them. Flying and landing on the frigate manually fixed it.

Been a while since I’ve had fleet adjacent bugs but self fixing fleet adjacent bugs are a nice variant on that.
