Already? Damn, wasnt expecting it so soon. Woooooo!

Since theres no access to a starship, theres no anomaly access. So no need to bring anything with you when joining from an existing save I would gather?

2^64 Planets.

1 trash truck.

Good luck!

In Elite Dangerous and Space Engineers, I also enjoy salvage&rescue of ship wrecks, it’s relaxing.

Silver and Oxygen will refine to paraffinium. The guidance was not telling me what to use….

I may have spoke too soon about starships, or i can just see other player’s while our own is culled/hidden from us.

Near where I spawned theres three players broken starships merged in tje same spot. But no indication of where my own is.

Anyone know for sure if starships are a no go for this expedition?

I havent been to the update page so i know naaathing.

Also i got a milestone for scanning a new species while driving. I was not driving.

Just a heads up if we are planetbound, dont scan everything until you get a vehicle just in case you get locked out and dont glitch this milestone.

I got it while walking at a speed down a hill and scanning a creature. Locomotion is your friend.

Found mine…..

Haha cool, so they are around just not fixable

Can use em for shelter at least.. if you rememver where the damn things are.

Thanks for the paraffinium tip.

Silver can be gotten from the cave stalags when farming the cobalt youll need for the other half of the magnetic resonators youll be crafting for the gravity coil for anyone reading this that hasnt gotten there yet

The music in the Colossus reminds me of Surviving Mars. In that game you have small roamer like vehicles that you assign tasks like gathering and stacking resources and scouting out new areas. It now feels like I am driving and using one of those vehicles

Long drive. Gather resources and trash as you go.

I love that I can recognise the journey you’re on because of this expedition.

Just made my way back up that hill for the return journey.

I also love thay everyones exocraft becomes transparent at the waste disposal sites.

Good solution for traffic congestion

First phase reward.

Toot toot gesture :star_struck:

Going to spend the next three hours standing here getting flatbeds to honk their horn back at me

Toot toot!! Congratulations on phase one @sheralmyst , youre officially a waste management professional/sanitation engineer/pickup artiste (claiming it back from those creeps  )

I noticed we keep getting 3 repair kits every few milestones.

I wonder if these will be for our ships at the end?

We’ll need to get to the nexus terminal somehow after all

Theres a milestone in the final phase.

Find all creatures. Ive scanned all six. Still says zero :face_with_peeking_eye:

Going to see if pressing the button for the nanites on creature completion prompts it

Edit: selecting the milestone fixed it and gave me a register completion prompt

Had a load of toxic cargo and ran off into a cave. Lost it all and it threw me back up to the surface and I can’t find the cave…:sob:

Migjt have exploded. Not showing up in the visor at all? Careful you dont cause a cave-in

Just got a patch in experimental…no idea if it is public

Reading the current update patch notes atm while eating dinner and breaking from the waste land mayhem.

If youre using the auto collector at sites, you dont have to get out of the colossus to use the terminal. You can beep the horn twice and it activates :face_with_hand_over_mouth: hawnk haaaaawnk

That’s so funny. But I don’t think the auto collector counts towards the special trash you have to sort.

My animal patch kicked in once I claimed the nanites for finding all of them

Didn’t eat breakfast. Running to the kitchen for lunch

My first thought was, how do I know what trash goes into what.

Then I noticed the handy symbols applied to their surfaces.

Trash Panic was one of my fave games, locked away on ps3 era psn for an eternity, still cant buy it or download it but available recently through PSNow service.

Garbage runs and waste disposal remind me of it in a sense, but also like a reverse tetris on wheels.

Since I found the Mako exploration sections one of the best parts of Mass Effect, I guess I’ll need to give this expedition at least a shot…
