@LordMarkov I’m still carrying my NMS head-canon with me through other games… The way I see it is, I’ve landed on a frost planet and infiltrated the natives, a budding civilization that somehow has managed to perfect interdimensional travel by biology alone.
Their world is coated in what they percieve as monsters, magic, gods and other realms or planes, but my early scans identified this as some grand cosmic mutation, parasitic in nature but unlike any observed before.
They mistook my own advanced technology for their “Magic” and they perceive me as some god reborn, a legend foretold, they call me “Dragon Born”.
Skyrim VR is fun but those games usually require a lengthy play session to achieve any progress, and it’s hard to use VR headsets for more than an hour after working all day… So it’s the one drawback.
This list is subject to change. As people move in and discoveries are made, names will be uploaded. Feel free to message me with any updates or mistakes you notice (I don’t know what “trust level” earns universal edits, but feel free to do so yourself if you can). There was a fair amount of overlap in submissions as well, so I will be adding to the ‘notes’ sections for a while.

I’m there in Creative-ps4, made base at a single planet red star system a few jumps away from the chain. I can see the star chain in the sky when the winds dies down. Bases is a CSFD headquarter prototype. Hope to be there soon in Normal-ps4 also.
It might be a task upcoming for us to return to the Etarc Hub star cataloging & begin adding the portals (& whether or not they function) to the already comprehensive list of systems & planets. I’ve noticed at least one system which has been uploaded & recieved a name change since we documented the chain.
Being able to portal to a location for supplies (or simply to aid in locating it via the discoveries menu), would be of use when hunting for a particular element or tech.
Do we Have the coordinates for the whole star chain?
If not, If I go into creative mode and retrieve them will I ended up the discover of a lot of the planets and systems?
I don’t want to do that, everyone should grab a planet/ system or two.
“Why do you ask?”, you ask. Well, the crew working on the logo may want it modeled to add it to the logo and I thought it would be fun to start with the Star chain then the rest of the systems. Maybe useful.
I plan on using the Pilgrim star path app to get the XYZ coordinates, that is unless someone knows and can explain the math to convert the hex to xyz. This would save me some time.
@Sir_oops Between the hub residents and The Spacing Guild over 1000 locations have been found and discovered in the Hub locale.
You are pretty safe to explore anything with the suffix ‘ECSD’ or an obviously non-generic name. We have a few systems in the star chain pending decisions for our capital which are not uploaded.
Use the ETARC HUB IS OPEN thread to get a portal address or the co-ordinates.
I have a Normal and a Creative save both residing in the hub.
We will have the whole Hub charted in no time.
