I spawned in to the nexus a few weeks ago and all the ships docked were those red and white starter ships. I’d completely forgotten that was just how they looked and for a brief moment, seeing those colours and so many starter ships I thought “OMFG did switch players get MP?”.
Think it was around interceptors release so prob just a wave of new/returning players '
All the weekend QS missions before Mac release were rescuing stranded friend missions, so before the Emoji I was thinking maybe switch would get MP soon.
My heart does go out to every switch player when there’s an update and still no MP (I assume they’ll get it some day?). Maybe they’re just gonna give them bubbles on their year anniversary, and then year two they get player characters. Make em run the same gauntlet we did XD
Potentially unused new NPC Model added with this update. It looks like the constructs customization set but with more clothes, accessories, and a big staff. It has a “Scan To Reveal” component attached which has a required tech ID which doesn’t exist in the game yet. This might be what the convergence of those Echoes end up forming?
Unless im mistaken, sounds like the sound you can play with the atlas seeds is the same sounds from the data mined ones. But we can play them in-game now.

I did not find anything special. Almost all of it appears to be new ‘Robot’ chatter, with only a few being different SFX. I did a couple of checks for possible steganography (spectograph only) for some of the longer duration audio, but saw nothing of interest.
Also 9 is almost like a reflection on the ground (or underneath it) of 6, but mirrored. Which I quite like considering somethings corrupt is coming up from the world of glass, which itself is sort of a “marked for deletion” limbo like “free space” on a hard drive. Not around anymore but not quite gone. The data has yet to be overwritten. Or its akin to external storage. Either one works <3
Which reminds me, remember when we had to use mirrors to cause an information overload in waking titan?
In short, 9 is a mirror of 6 that is flipped beneath us. Am I reading in to this imagery too much or is it as intentional as I want it to be? XD

It’s like a coach load of Gek First Spawn got lost in a temporal warp and only now have reached their destination, very confused by their short brethren. (I like to imagine the First Spawn were much taller, and had mechanical flight suits so they can swoop down and peck you!)
