Again speculationā¦ but if it is about timezones then we can imagine that the glyphs will be activated in succession one after the other according to the timezone that is currently awake. The question isā¦when will this happen? Keep your decoder discs close at hand!!

Hello, long time lurker but I see that you guys needed an answer as to who might have a HG-16 outside of the USA.
Iām in England and have been designated a HG-16 class # , so i made a point to sign up now I actually have something (potentially) useful to impart at last haha
I am guessing that, even though the poll suggests that they are one of the least allocated codes, itās probably down to a lot of people who have that code, just havenāt seen the poll yet or arenāt yet aware of ETARC ? I have no idea really of course, but wanted to let you know Iām one of those people, outside of the US
