What I think HG should do is first come, first serve, So, if you have a base already on a planet, a second base would never be seen, The 2nd person would loose access to the original base as long as they have a base in that system.
That’s stop this craziness pretty quickly and easily. I think I will put that in the suggestion page, I know it won’t fix 1.3, but maybe it will be fixed for NEXT.
Well I mean right now with the NEXT update it sounds like they are expanding how many player bases can be seen in one solar system so that should at least ease some of the problems with bases overriding one another.
Indeed, I did travel through Calypso on my way to Eisentamm, probably around Dec or Jan when I was working on that. No big surprise that you’d find a system I discovered, especially near the core. I have 3 games in normal mode in my 5 slots, 2 are in Euclid (and have never been to any other galaxy) and 1 in Eisentamm. Here’s the link to my current Eisentamm base’s post on the Portal Repository, posted about a month and a half before this glitch occurred (or at least when it was posted) Xebalos Compound | The Portal Repository
I’m not sure what you mean by “Calypso is Broken” but I did not and would not set out to harm any other player in NMS. As such, I dislike it being inferred that I have. - thanks, jpfet
Ok. That account has been in Calypso since November and mapped but not claimed server side hundreds of systems around there. Its not a case of me suddenly finding that system and going wtf?.. It turned red after the carry on. Handy way to know who’s around and when. Ive found a couple of other players bases same way. So you already have a game in Eissentam, I have 2 in Cal and 1 in Euc. Its fishy as hell, cant be proved or disproved 100% so Im going to leave that there.
