With all the Hullabaloo over these new flyable bases it’s been hard to get back around to building a static one.
Built a little scrap collectors hut on my favourite scrap heap of a planet.
Someone took my idea and ran with it…

I added a deep water access pier since your last visit so you can catch big fish now.
This year instead of a fishing tournament I’m thinking about hosting a Nomad Road Rally, but I haven’t figured out all the details yet.

When I got the emergency call from a settlement in Permadeath via the quest prompt I went straight there.
The settlement was nestled amongst a nice covering of trees. I knew these would disappear once I claimed and cam back, but I wish they’d stay, they didn’t block much and they added a lot to the vibe and feel of the place.

First focused base build in permadeath that wasn’t just a portal shack.

Requires an Atlantid drive or the glyphs won’t work.
Its a permadeath base but it will be visible in all modes. Its only permadeath people that cant see other modes builds (theres conflicting statements about this online, but non permadeath players CAN see permadeath bases)

Artemis is turning out better than I thought it would. Looks good on PS5
This is just a test bed while i tinker with the method, try different materials/colours etc before bringing it to its true home.
Feel free to pay a visit in the meantime

Anyone using the portal to arrive needs to make sure their Nautilon is fully fueled and up and running 
It sunk me to the bottom of the sea.
And I was apparently trapped on this water world. Unable to call in my ship or corvette
Thankfully I was able to call in my freighter, build a quick base and teleport to safety
Ahhh, the adventures in a multi-dimensional universe
