I joined the Citizen Science Division a few hours ago, around 11:30 p.m. EST. Apparently, around 11:00 p.m. EST they sent an email to all members of the Citizen Science Division, assigning them an Atlas Pass Level 4 Designation. I guess I signed up too late to get that email. Is it still possible to get an Atlas Pass Designation and the Atlas Pass V4 in the mail?
Only time will tell. From what we know, the Atlas Pass will be sent out at random

Not sure, it said in an earlier mail sent about a week ago that we had unlocked 2500 atlas passes, there are apparently 10,000 passes in total randomly up for grabs so you may still be in with a chance at some point…I’m crossing everything I can for you my friend, please do the same for me
