Me! Well sort of. I’m not the only one 
I’ve always thought a special space station or planet could be a destination to trade or a smuggler’s den for things or simply a goal to reach. Perhaps even an ‘Noah’s Arc’ like freighter carrying a selection of creatures.

New discoveries might come and go in display cabinets you could walk past. If you see something you like maybe you have to journey to the system to collect one or complete a task or finish a dangerous orienteering race or get in touch with the original discoverer and so on.
