basically china has ran the largest universe simulation yet which is weird how it all is coinciding with Waking Titan and it’s themes.

I’d like to know how they decided the first generation of stars were born. Or was that predetermined they would be there?

I think it was generated from one of the scientists phone numbers

Most likely the simulation ended before that. If it was just particle behaviour they were observing, it’s unlikely that the simulation would contain super-atomic interactions, though it’s not impossible.
In any case, they wouldn’t have to “decide”. We have a pretty good idea of when the first stars formed.
