I synced up the audio files up to the markers, but I’m not experienced enough to know what to do with it, if anything. Note, that the synced files are exactly the same length as the Fibonacci file, which seems significant. Hopefully this helps.

There is a very interesting rhythmicality to these clips @Dieterlan … it sounds like a steam engine or some sort of old school industrial machine… very nice!
wasn’t some of the numbers found 10/06 probably counting down until Sunday 10th June for the Microsoft E3 press conference, don’t think we will find anything more until then

Feels like the rhythm that some drums would play while going to war.
But also some sort of steam engine.
If I had to picture it would be the wheels of some old Steam-Powered Train
But it could also be the sound of a steam engine of a submarine, because of the interference, like is somewhere beyond reach, perhaps underwater (not in space since I can’t picture a steam powered space ship).
Well we know Emily can predict the future and she give out the message “10-06 error” so even she may not know what Ms are going to show on Sunday

I was on the internet a couple nights ago listening to all kinds of space sounds. Nothing came close to the sound except for a space ship getting hit by androids. I’m starting to wonder if there’s something in the game we should look for.
The next closest sound I found was a submarine, which I shared eariler.
At any rate, I’m starting to agree with @Polyphemus 
we just don’t have enough information right now.

I tend to concur, in the previous puzzle it did seem to suggest ‘dates’ - which is probably what this is working its way towards. Giving people the time to get an entire collection of the sounds involved.

Also, the satellite transmissions hold the Fibonacci sequence encoded within them. No one seems to know what it could mean…
However, if you take the Fibonacci Spiral and overlay it on a Map with Sacramento, LA and Phoenix, they fall almost exactly on the curve:
