This is amazing! We (LilLady76 and I) really need to get a VR system. We’ve decided it’d probably be best to wait for the new revised “2.0” systems. Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, anyone know which would be the better system? I don’t know if I like the fact that Facebook now owns the Oculus Rift.

I tried to copy/paste into various word editors or to open Emily’s reddit posts in different browsers (Win10/PC and on my iPhone/iOS) but I don’t see any of the ?-marks or other weird formatting within her posts… can someone please elaborate on how that is found?
Edit: also tried saving as UTF8 and reopening… no luck
Over on this Reddit thread, Loop16 (alias atlas-loop16) posted 6 identical messages, each containing the same 4 lines of lyrics from Tonite by LCD Soundsystem.
The problem is that unlike everyone elses messages on Reddit, the “formatting” of these messages differs from message to message. Again, this looks to be deliberate, as if “something” in those messages needs to be figured out.
It shows up as little dots, if you use notepad ++, which is a very neat free programming text editor.
If you copy the text from Reddit, and put it through an Ascii - decimal converter, you see all sorts of weird code in there.
(edit) It does funny things to Windows Notepad, too.
