I just tried the oldest save that I have (Atlas Rises, 2018) on 5.12 (PS5). I didn’t have any problems with it. I was only there for a few minutes so maybe something would break if I explored a bit. This save originated from the PS4 and was converted to PS5, (ie I’m not playing in the PS4 mode on the PS5).

Hm, trying to translate including the comments. I don’t get the first line either. My first thought was, someone copied the UI text of their web tool including the collapse button tooltip by accident.
PS: this is light no fire in Chinese: 无火之光 (no-fire light, copied from the comments) and 无人深空 is No-Man Deep-Space!! Sounds much better.
PPS: I enjoy (machine) translating foreign gaming news because the comments are the same everywhere. “Hurray, new game!” “When can we play?” “Dear sir, my screen is black, what to do?”

Between no-light fire and Light without Fire, it’s interesting they’re leaning that way with the title. Or machine translation is making the same mess of it on both sides for us

Both translations exist when using Google. Context might make a difference, or perhaps even computers do not like to repeat themselves, to come up with alternatives?

Lesson learned: Don’t dick around using your best save when dealing with expeditions if you don’t have it backed up.
When I asked if she was going to use her Legacy Save to do the Cursed expedition, the wide-eyed “No” strongly suggests lessons have been learned.
