When do you usually move on from the (first)base computer missions? The last 10 - 15 of them have been to one of two planets near the home system where it is the same exact building for a “c” or “b” class mod. Moving on from a settlement? Happiness and production both maxed, most missions now give me even more production or happiness.

As for settlements, I am hanging onto mine because HG hinted at more features to come. I do not spend much time there right now.
As for the Base Building missions, I choose to jump around and work whatever missions are open to me. Once the main part is completed, you just get the same “bring me this” missions. It is a bit annoying and I just move onto other things.
