From earlier in the ARG. We were emailed images of decoding disks for an earlier set of puzzles. You used the decoding disk to work out the puzzle.
I didn’t see this… was a tad slow to the party.

The Myriad-70 Sales page refers to Clients. Maybe Tier 2 and 3 Clients are other instances of Loop-16 that have crashed. Maybe Monarch is the Prime instance of Loop-16.

For the code disc to work we need to know how many spaces to turn it. Unless code -5 means something, the disc won’t work. We always got that info in an e-mail

I tried running an ‘everything’ decryption here https://www.dcode.fr/rot-cipher
and all I got was a ton of gibberish. I tried 5 & -5 but it didn’t seem to give me anything more useful.
I think it may be just a random code reference to the old disks to get us thinking while we get organised.
