The real way to capture pictures for picture missions in nms on xbox is go into photo mode , line up the shot then press and hold the xbox home button continue to hold it then press the B button to return to the game. As long as you are in the correct place for the photo it will work. Good luck! I have searched everywhere for this information and finally just blundered onto it myself by trying everything!
