After we all had time to digest this foundational update, news articles started pouring out a few days later
No Man’s Sky developer Hello Games remained largely silent.
This all changed over the weekend when it released its first major statement since the August launch of the title.
The issued statement told players to expect “The Foundation Update” at some stage this week.

Two thoughts, HG was silent pretty much leading right up to the release of Foundations.
Secondly if this is teasing a swansong…a FINAL NMSupdate?

The swansong quote came from someones (@vector_cmdr 's I bleieve?) submission to the memory bloc on discord, don’t worry about it 
The glitchy page says something about “oh sh*t the audio is C$@..” and then the main page talks about no sound. .. edit, although now it says “no voice” on the main page.
I added it because that is when first contact with the Atlas changed from 1.0 to 1.1.
It seems to have been rejected or glitched out the system.
