I don’t own a Switch, but a player video I watched seemed to look pretty good on my phone!
Of course, I found myself thinking, “Whoa, dude. You forgot to check those ammo boxes” … “Repair that scanner!”

For so long I’ve just been patient when it comes to NMS updates but since a few days ago when discussions here ramped up, I’ve actually found myself actually getting a little bit hyped.

I’m eager but very, very sad. My desktop computer is in an unusable state and I’m waiting for arrival of a new power supply. (And hoping that’s the right fix.

Switch version has released
The current update to Waypoint is not yet available. I have to say it is a little unfair to have new players adjust to a new game and then turn around a throw a new UI at them…hope the update is soon.
EDIT: apparently this is 4.0.but the interface is the same as before 4.0…I am confused…

Well, it did not make it within the launch window. This is on Nintendo…I am afraid new players will be quite confused with the changes when they finally hit. I am waiting for the 4.0 update before I really dive in.

Apparently, the special switch ship and MT are in the 4.0 update which is still not available…come on nintendo…do you sleep on the weekends?
Otherwise, the game runs really well and doesn’t look bad even on my TV. It does take a few seconds for the ground to realize it has been dug up and the things sitting in my base take a moment to appear but that is nothing unusual in NMS
