It used to be one of my job responsibilities. Not the big stuff like reactors or weapons, or medical stuff. But industrial radiography, nuclear level gauges, pipeline X-rays, neutron scattering density gauges, were all within my remit.

27th of March is my cake day and Iâm going to be dog sitting in a friends apartment for two days. Perfect timing 
I saw a headline about detailing the measles outbreak and I made the decision not to click into it, I honestly wasnât ready for more bad news for everyone there just yet.
Can only imagine what it must feel like to be living amidst it all, thoughts and hope being sent your way in abundance,
These people have no idea what they are doing to their kids. It is so sad. I took my kids for all their vaccines but, after my son got his first MMR shot, he apparently was exposed to measles. Because he had only just gotten the first of 3 shots, he was not fully protected so he had measles from the top of his head to the soles of his feet. He was so very sick. Thankfully he came thru it but, about 6 years later, he woke up deaf in one ear. Nothing could be done. Knowing he has musical ability, it has angered me over the years. Whoever out there exposed my son had no right to do that to him. If they want their own kids to suffer the consequences, that is their own business and I pity their children. But they have no right to expose others.
There. I vented.
At this point, I am not sure what is left to go into shutdown. It basically already is shutdown.
