I know that didn’t work earlier cause I tried that when I was at work. only 4 of 8 had been completed on the https://project-wt.com/ must have activated once all 8 where completed.

That is correct and exactly what happened. Correct input was only accepted once the calibration of ‘cities 2’ had completed.

Are you asking about the last glyph at the bottom of wakingtitan.com or the last sigil in Phase 1?
If you are on an iPhone, press the box with an arrow, scroll over to the button that’s says request desktop site, and you should be able to use Waking Titan on your device

“Observatory” unlocked nothing.
The PDF file was accessible as soon as the latest glyph was opened and could be accessed by clicking the globe symbol underneath the password prompt.
